Introduction of Health

The enormous value of health for human life has been universally recognized.

As noted in Article 25 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights of 1948.

Everybody has the right to an acceptable standard of living for the health and wellbeing of his or her family, including food, clothes, housing and medical care and vital social services, and the right to safety in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, loss of accommodation in old age or circumstances beyond your control

Types of Health

The two most common kinds of health are possibly mental and physical health. The overall wellbeing also leads to personal, mental, and financial health. These have been related by medical experts to lower stress rates and better mental and physical health.
For example, people with better financial health may be less concerned about finances and have the means to buy fresh food regularly. People with good spiritual health can feel peace and intent to promote good mental health.

Physical health

A person with good physical health is likely to have functions and physical processes that are functioning at their peak.
This is not merely due to the absence of disease. Regular exercise, balanced nutrition and adequate rest contribute to good health. When necessary, people receive medical treatment to maintain balance.
Physical wellbeing involves following a healthy lifestyle to reduce the risk of disease. For example, maintaining fitness can protect and develop a person’s breathing resistance and cardiovascular function, muscle strength, flexibility, and body composition.

Mental health

Mental wellbeing refers to the physical, financial, and psychological wellbeing of a person according to the US Department of Health and Human Services. Mental health is just as critical a part of a healthy and satisfying lifestyle as physical health.
Mental health is far harder to describe than physical health since many psychiatric evaluations rely upon their experience’s understanding.
However, with tests improving, doctors can now identify sure physical signs of certain types of mental illnesses in CT scans and genetic tests.

Factors for Wellness

Better health is affected by a wide variety of factors.

Genetic factors

A person is born with a wide variety of genres. In some people, an abnormal genetic pattern or change may result in less than optimal health. People may inherit genes which increase the risk of certain conditions from their parents.

Environmental factors

Environmental factors play a role in health. Sometimes only the environment is enough to affect health. At other times, an environmental trigger can cause disease in a person who is at genetic risk for a particular disease.

Access to health care plays an important role, but the WHO suggests that the following factors that affect health more significantly:

  1. Where a single person lives
  2. The State of the climate
  3. Engineering
  4. Its earnings
  5. The educational degree
  6. State of job
  7. Preserving health

The easiest way to maintain wellness is to protect it by a balanced lifestyle, rather than waiting for health issues to be resolved by sickness or disease. People use the name of goodness so that this persistent condition leads to higher Welfare.

The WHO defines wellness as follows:
“Welfare is the optimal State of health for individuals and groups. There are two central concerns: the fulfilment of a person’s full potential – physical, psychological, social, spiritual and economic – and the realization of one’s role and expectations in family, community, place of worship and other settings.”

Welfare promotes active awareness and participation in measures that preserve health, individually and as a community. Maintaining optimal health and wellbeing is a daily commitment to life.
