While shopping online at Ken Jones, rest assured that your credit card cannot be read by a third party while in transit. Your information will remain private and protected. We use 128-bit encryption, the highest level of security available online today. Our server uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts or codes all the data you enter allowing you to relax and feel completely secure with your order. Our site is also registered with VeriSign, the sign of trust on the net.

If you are ever dissatisfied with any Proctor Jones product or service, we will replace it, or refund your money. Return shipping to us will be at your expense.
Shipping
Our shipping is UPS ground, within the Continental US. Post Office boxes cannot be used. For express shipping or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada call us toll free @ 1-888-383-5667 to check to see if other fees apply. We also have great international shipping rates, call us @ 603-888-1214 for shipping options & fees.
Special Orders
Some items can be hard to find! Ken Jones Ski and Snowboard Mart will work hard at getting them for you and then giving you a great price also!
Shop work
Ken Jones is proud of its service dept! We can always mount and test your new skis or install bindings on your snowboard while you wait! We know you are busy and we want shopping at Ken Jones to fit easily into your schedule.
Returns
New, unused products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Skis, snowboards and boots come with our "performance guarantee". If you use them 2-3 times and are not completely satisfied, return them for full credit towards another product.
(Refunds are not allowed under this program)
Product Availability
Occasionally, products become unavailable just as you submit an order. If this happens Ken Jones will promptly notify you of the problem. Charges to your account will not be made until products are shipped.
