Our FREE shipping is UPS ground, within the Continental US. Small items may be shipped USPS Priority Mail so please provide both PO Box numbers & a physical address. Returns
New, unused products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund.
Skis, snowboards and boots come with our "performance guarantee". If you use them 2-3 times and are not completely satisfied, return them for full credit towards another product.
