The 2012 Blizzard IQ Jr. is a great ski for kids.. The Magnum IQ has no screws in the mounting process and has an incredibly balanced flex for easy turn initiation, and is stiff enough to allow for grip on hard packed snow conditions. Most Jr. Skiers have a problem flexing their skis because bindings mounted to skis with screws create a flat spot under the ski and makes the ski to stiff which does not allow the Jr. Skier to initiate a turn properly. The Magnum IQ will give great control while skiing the whole mountain.

The Blizzard Magnum Junior with Marker 7.0 Bindings is great for young skiers and you can trade them in after two years and get $125 credit towards the next pair of skis.
